Overall, today was pretty uneventful but that's a good thing!
We were all able to at least get some sleep last night which was much needed! The babies looked good again on the monitor throughout the night.
Our doctor came in again this morning and talked with me and checked out how things looked on the monitors throughout the night. He seems quite pleased. He also told me that he didn't mention it before but since I am not leaking a whole lot, it may be a very small hole causing the leak. And sometimes the membranes that have ruptured can resell themselves. I am trying not to get my hopes up but that would be fantastic! We will hopefully know more after the ultrasound tomorrow. He also gave us the same speech that 28 weeks is really huge to get to and anything after that is a bonus.
The babies were monitored twice today and again did well. I am showing some irritability on the monitor but nothing major and I am not feeling any of it. Our little boy likes to play hide and seek with the monitors. They can find him easily but as soon as they strap it on, he is gone! This afternoon the nurse just sat and held it for the 20-30 minutes they need to monitor me and that helped. It is kind of funny!
Paul went back home for a little while today to clean up the driveway, take care of some things at the house, and pack up some needed items for both of us. When he got back with our things and KFC for supper, I got to brush my teeth tonight, wash my face, and get my contacts out. They may be minor things but it makes things much better!
10 days to go to get to our first goal of 28 weeks and 38 days to go to get to our second goal of 32 weeks!!! :)
